Most common causes of hand tremors April 26, 2019 – Posted in: Uncategorized
Hand tremors, or shaky hands, are one of the most common neurological disorders that affect adults. They are not life-threatening, but as anyone who suffers from them knows, they can make daily tasks challenging and even embarrassing to attempt. For some, it may pose an issue for work.
Essential Tremor (ET)
There are many potential causes of hand tremors, but the most common is Essential Tremor. 1 in 5 adults over the age of 65 suffers from Essential Tremor, and many of those will never be formally diagnosed by a doctor.
Here are some other potential causes of hand tremors:
- Caffeine
- Alcoholism
- Prescription drug side effects
- Anxiety
- Low blood sugar
Tremadone is an herbal supplement designed to ease hand tremors, especially those caused by Essential Tremor. It relies on the natural healing power of ingredients including GABA, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Skullcap, Valerian Root, and B vitamins. This can be easier on your body than prescription medications that often have potentially serious side effects.

I have been on a small dose of cymbalta for 5 weeks for triple PD. Suddenly I awoke with a head tremor. I quite the cymbalta but still have the tremor. Do you feel cymbalta caused this.

Joanne – That would be difficult for us to say as we are not your physician, that question is best directed to them. They prescribed it to you in the first place. I apologize we don’t have a direct answer for you in this case. Thank you.
Best,
Tremadone Tream

Good morning. I will be starting the tremidone”help” today. I have been taking lamotrigine by the VA mefor my seizures for many years but I believe the medication is the culprit . I have shaky right hand when utilizing it and imbalance when standing still. When walking at steady gait I do not fall. Have fallen when standing still and busted nose. No medical insight. Have learned to use left hand. Right hand does not shake unless using it for something. Will let you know what transpires. Thank you for looking into this problem

Hello Gregory – We hope that Tremadone is of help to you. If you believe your medication is the culprit, you should convey that to your doctor and perhaps even get another opinion from another doctor. Either way, we hope you find a solution. Best – Tremadone Team

Hello Tremadone team, I started taking Tremadone around 60 days ago after suffering with hand tremors that made it more and more difficult over the last five years to write without making a squiggly mess of the letters. I had to hold my right hand with my left to even get the pen to be even a little stationary. It was very embarrassing to write in front of someone filling out forms etc. I also was taking a beta blocker that my doctor recommended and stopped drinking caffeine in my coffee but these didn’t help. I quit the beta blocker and low and behold after 60 days with only one Tremadone a day my tremors stopped one morning. I couldn’t believe that I was able to write again. Thank you for the work you do.

Will this help with hand shaking caused by an overactive thyroid?
admin September 11, 2023 - 19:32 – In reply to: Cecilia Keese
Hi Cecilia – I think that it is worth a shot, especially with the ability to return a bottle if it doesn’t work for you. As always, please check with your doctor. Thank you.

Trying Tremadone for neuropathy from chemo and aromatase inhibitors. Will let you know how it goes; this could be HUGE. My functional medicine doctor is quite interested.

Hi Robert – Take one capsule with breakfast and one capsule with dinner. It’s as easy as that. Thank you.

Does Tremadone also help someone who has essential hand tremors that somtimes go into the legs?
Tremadone Team March 23, 2023 - 14:25 – In reply to: DeeAnn
Hello DeeAnn – Thank you for asking and yes it could. As always you will want to check with your doctor especially if you are taking any other medications. Tremadone is all-natural, but your doctor has your medical history. If you do try it, we hope it is a huge success for you, but if not you can always return a bottle.
Best,
Tremadone Team
